Despite five Western Pennsylvania Scholastic Lacrosse Association titles, Mount Lebanon can be considered one of the Keystone State’s best but often gets lost with Malvern, La Salle and Haverford always grabbing the headlines. Well, if the Blue Devils want to be in the conversation with the best teams in the region this year, then they have to come out with a victory in this one.
Orchard Park features a talented offensive group buoyed by Ohio State recruit Jeff Tundo, one of LaxPower’s Players to Watch in 2009. A win here against Mount Lebanon could certainly give Orchard Park some much-needed momentum towards a 15th straight Section VI Class A title.
